2020 Best Practices Impact Award

The Virginia SHRM State Council recently awarded Fredericksburg SHRM its prestigious Best Practices IMPACT Award for the following category:

Most Improved Membership (SHRM)

The Best Practices IMPACT award is given to chapters to recognize major accomplishments, strategic activities, and tactical initiatives that elevate the profession of human resources.

The Best Practices IMPACT Award can be earned at six levels: Improved Membership Overall (SHRM and LMO’s), Most Improved Membership in SHRM, Professionals, Advancing the HR Profession, Community Enhancement, Thrive. Each level has a prescribed set of requirements and accomplishments that must be met. Fredericksburg SHRM will receive recognition in the upcoming HR Virginia Magazine, a logo to display on its website, and information to share with its members about the significance of this award.

The winner for Most Improved Membership (SHRM) goes to Fredericksburg Regional SHRM for the most improved members in SHRM with 37.04% new SHRM members. Congratulations to the Chapter!
