About Us

FRSHRM is a non-profit volunteer-led organization.

Established in 1984, as the premier HR organization in the Fredericksburg Region, we are committed to advancing the capabilities of our HR professionals. We provide value to our members by offering professional development opportunities and a common forum to network, share ideas, and experiences that promote the learning process.

FRSHRM meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month. The Chapter provides career development and education through seminars, workshops and presentations as well as offers the opportunity to network with other HR professionals.
